Virta operates a pre-paid service. With Virta you will have access to over 100,000 charging stations internationally via our Mobile App and RFID cards.

When you sign up to Virta you deposit 200 kr to your charging account. Charging events are billed to your account according to the pricing at the chosen charging point. With our 10 kr monthly minimum charge, you’ll have access to hundreds of free charging stations. For your convenience the account is automatically topped up by 200 kr from your registered credit card when the balance drops below 100 kr. We will send you a receipt for the top up automatically via email to your registered email address.

You’ll be asked to add a payment card to register. We will top up your account automatically with 200.00 when the balance on your charging account drops below 100.00. The minimum billable amount per month is 10.00. This means that if the sum of your charging sessions in a calendar month is below 10.00, we will bill 10.00. Depending on your location, charge tag deliveries can take up to DELIVERY_TERMS_DAYS days. We will deliver your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
